WinLink-Watch!
The WinLink-Watch is dedicated to monitoring, recording and reporting WinLink2000 interference.
If you are experiencing WL2K PACTOR QRM and have been told that there is nothing that you can do about it, then you have been misinformed!

In a recent discussion of the ARESCOM proposal on QRZ.Com, N8CPA came up with the following observations:
"All of this appears to be born of what I call a "liddite" mindset. I use that term because they frequently refer to those of us who question their schemes as luddites."
"It's a name we earn simply because we know the difference between using a computer as an Amateur Radio appliance, and using Amateur Radio as a computer appliance, as the liddites prefer and propound. "

Here are original sources for Packet Radio bulletins. BBS SYSOPs can safely download and use these bulletins because of their special BID structure, that prevents the generation of duplicate messages in networked BBS stations.
These bulletins are useful for Packet networks that are still growing, and have not yet linked up to the global digital network by developing the necessary VHF/UHF or HF links.
